Can I use Fantoo with my existing Office 365 plan?

Yes - Fantoo works with all Office 365 plans and subscriptions.

Can I use Fantoo with an Exchange On-Premise solution?

Fantoo does not currently support Exchange On-Premise solutions.

Can I use Fantoo with other email providers?

Fantoo currently only supports Office 365 email accounts.

How do I sign up for my team?

Help! My Office 365 login does not work with Fantoo.

Login to Office 365 online here to validate your login details. If you cannot sign in, you could try resetting your password or ask your Office 365 administrator to reset it for you. If you are able to sign in to Office 365, but the same credentials are not working for Fantoo, then please contact us using the form below. How do I know if I’m an Office 365 admin?

Login to Office 365 online here. If you are able to see a tile in your available apps called “Admin” then you are an Office 365 administrator. If you cannot see an Admin tile then you are not an Office 365 administrator.

How do I allocate licenses?

The Fantoo administrator is automatically granted a licence when they sign up. The administrator can login to the application and navigate to the Fantoo Admin Portal to assign licences to their colleagues using their Office 365 email addresses.

How do I remove licenses?

To remove a licence, the Fantoo administrator can simply click on the corresponding “Remove User” button from the Fantoo Admin Portal. That user’s licence will then be added back into your pool of available licences.
