Fantoo collects only the Personal Data provided to us by the Customer and the End-User. Therefore, Fantoo may collect particular information depending upon the interaction the Customer and the End-User have while engaging with the Services. For the purposes of this policy, Personal Data includes, but is not limited to, email addresses, first and last names, usernames and passwords. Those parties who subscribe to our Services may be required to provide us with additional information, including personal and financial information that is required to process those transactions associated with subscribing to the Services in full or in part.
As a Customer who pays for the Services on behalf of themselves or other End-users, the Customer understands that the collection of Financial Information (including credit cards, debit-credit cards, billing address and information, telephone numbers or any third party account that allows for electronic payment) will not be collected or stored by Fantoo. Fantoo will rely on the services of a third party payment processing company for the collection and storage of Financial Information, and may simply access the Customer’s Financial Information for the purpose of providing the Customer’s Financial Information to a third party financial processing company.
Fantoo may use the Customer’s and End-user’s (“User”) email address for the purposes of informing the User of additional Service-related notices, additional or new Services offered to the User, information about the Services or products (this includes third party services and products).
The User may opt out of receiving these Service-related notices and the additional information by following the instructions provided under the “Settings” section.
If a User has not subscribed to the Services or any products, Fantoo reserves the right to use the User’s email address for the purpose of responding to queries, or notifying the User about the content and use of the Services and products. Additionally, Fantoo will store any information in regards to inviting prospective users for commercial and internal efficiency purposes.
Fantoo shall not sell or rent any personally-identifiable information to any third parties.
Fantoo reserves the right to disclose potential and actual personally-identifiable information 1) to its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations on a need-to-know basis for the purpose of providing the Services; 2) requiring to do so by law; and 3) when necessary to protect the property or rights of Fantoo, third parties or the public welfare.
All users of the Services acknowledge that some of Fantoo’s employees, contractors and affiliated organisation may be located outside of the user’s home country, and therefore by using the Services, the user consents to the transfer of their information outside of their respective country.
In the event of an acquisition, transaction, winding-up, or bankruptcy, the collected and stored user information maybe be an asset that is transferred or acquired by a third party. Therefore, all users acknowledge and accept that user information may be transferred, acquired or purchased as an asset by a third party, for which the third party is entitled to use the user information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy.
Fantoo reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time as deemed necessary according to Fantoo’s discretion. Although changes are expected to be minor, users and visitors are encouraged to frequently check this policy for any amendments. A user’s continued use of the Services, website and products will constitute the user’s acceptance of any such amendments.
Fantoo provides users the ability to correct, edit, change and delete any information provided by accessing the account’s settings area.
Although Fantoo guarantees users and visitors the use of industry-standard safeguards to maintain the security and integrity of collected and stored data, Fantoo can make no guarantees about the security and integrity of any collected and stored data.
Fantoo will attempt to notify users in the event of any suspected or actual breach of security that results in the accessing, transferring, storing or any other compromising of personal information, by informing the user via the provided email address.
Fantoo does not knowingly collect or solicit the personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for an account on the Service. If Fantoo suspects or has knowingly collected such information without parental consent, then Fantoo will take steps to remove such information.
